How it works

Request For Quotation

RFQ stands for request for quotation, it is the first step in order to know the rate and availability of a certain product.

Confirmation

After we recieve the RFQ, an agent is assigned to create a quotation for the concerned party which is signed and stamped by an official.

Purchase Order

After a quotation is prepared it is emailed to the concerned party and the agent wait for a response, in case of a positive response the concerned party send us a PO (Purchase Order) which is than forwarded to the concerned department for fullfillment.

Demand and supply

The supply department than assembles the specific product, packs it, and than it's delivered to the address provided by the concerned party.

Billing

After the order is delivered/fullfilled a bill is generated and emailed to the concerned party for which payment is awaited according to the terms mentioned in the company policy.
